Pink Ginn

GIMLET

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
25ml Rose Vermouth
15ml Mickey Finn Strawberry
3 Dashes of Rose Syrup

Method:
Chill a Coupe or Martini glass. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into the glass and garnish with rose buds or petals.

Pink Ginn

ROSE

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
50ml Lillet Rose
Grapefruit Juice
3 Dashes of Rose Syrup

Method:
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with fruit.

Merry Berry

GINN

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
25ml Rose Vermouth
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
5ml Runny Honey
Grapefruit Wheels
Sprig of Mint

Method:
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Garnish with grapefruit wheels and a sprig of mint.

Persian

ROSE

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
1 Tbsp of Cardamom
Rose Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
Crushed Ice

Method:
Fill a Hi Ball glass with crushed ice. Add Mickey Ginn and all the other ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain over the crushed ice. Finish with syrup and garnish with rose petals.
