Pink

MARTINI

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange Bitters

Method:
Add the Mickey Ginn, Vermouth and Bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel ribbons and fruit on a stick.

Pink

ANGEL

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
25ml Triple Sec
30ml Single Cream
3 Dashes of Rose Syrup

Method:
Add the Mickey Ginn and all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake long and well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with rose petals.

Rusty Pink

GIN

Ingredients:
50ml Mickey Ginn
25ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Aperol
Pink Grapefruit Juice
Ice Cubes
Lemon/Lime Quarter

Method:
Build all the ingredients into a large tumbler with ice and stir continuously. Continue to stir until chilled and add the garnish of Basil leaves and lime quarters.
