Ingredients: 25ml Mickey Finn Strawberry or Raspberry 25ml White Rum 25ml Malibu 10ml Lemon Juice 15ml Grenadine 70ml Orange Juice 70ml Passionfruit Juice Ice Cubes
Method: Add all your ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Hurricane glass and top up with ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry on a stick as well as a sprig of mint.
Ingredients: 25ml Mickey Finn Apple 25ml Bourbon or Whisky 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters Teaspoon of Sugar Twist of Orange Peel
Method: Put the sugar into a glass and cover with dashes of bitters. Add Bourbon or Whisky and stir until it dissolves. Add Mickey Finn Apple and ice cubes, stir and serve.

Method: Add all the ingredients into a tumbler. Stir slowly using ice cubes.

Method: Stir all the ingredients into a large glass with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or cocktail Coupe. Garnish with your choice of red berry.

Method: Add all the alcohol ingredients into a salt rimmed glass with ice. Top with fruit juices and garnish with Rosemary.
